Georgia Online Casino Checklist

Five checks to complete before sending money to any online gambling service.

Use this checklist before a first deposit. It is designed to make the decision slower, clearer and less dependent on a bonus headline.

1. Identify the service

Is it a state-authorized product, an offshore casino operator or a sweepstakes platform? Do not treat these categories as interchangeable. See Georgia’s online gambling context.

2. Read the withdrawal terms first

Record the minimum withdrawal, maximum per transaction or week, stated processing window, method availability, fee and identity-verification trigger. If a term is missing, treat that as missing information rather than filling the gap with an assumption.

3. Do the bonus math

Note whether the wagering requirement applies to bonus only or deposit plus bonus, then record excluded games, maximum stake and any maximum cash-out. A large percentage is not a useful comparison without those limits.

4. Set account controls before depositing

Find deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Set a limit while you are not in an active gambling session. Offshore controls are operator policies, not Georgia enforcement tools.

5. Separate evidence from a promise

Keep a note of the page URL and date for every material claim. Operator-published payment windows are not observed payout times. A personal test should record the method, request date, completion date and conditions; one result is not a universal guarantee.
