The three stages people mistakenly call “payout time”
Operator approval
The casino checks that the account is eligible and releases the request. This starts after required KYC is complete.
Payment settlement
Blockchain, bank or card-network delivery after approval. A fast rail does not remove an earlier KYC or review hold.
Common KYC documents
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address, often a recent utility bill or bank statement
- Payment-card images or deposit-method verification where applicable
- Selfie, live verification or additional anti-fraud/AML documentation
Redact account numbers, card numbers, wallet addresses and transaction IDs before sharing any screenshot. A casino can ask for more documentation than the common list above.

What can delay verification?
- Document names, dates or addresses do not match the account.
- A payment method needs ownership verification.
- The operator asks for an additional live selfie or source-of-funds evidence.
- Weekend or business-day policies apply to a stated window.
Source log and limits
The canonical machine-readable data is available in our operator policy dataset. Every record has a status, snapshot date and explicit nulls. A missing field is not an estimate. Licence and Aviator-provider fields remain unverified until current primary evidence is stored.
