Terms of use

Updated August 2026

Terms pages usually exist to protect a publisher. This one sets out the arrangement instead: what the site publishes, what it is paid for, what it does not claim about the operators it lists, and who should not be reading it. It is short because one ranking does not take long to describe.

What this site is

You are reading a ranking of offshore casino sites open to players in Georgia. Marcus Reyes ranked all fifteen and funded an account at every one of them out of his own bankroll, and the site earns a commission when a reader opens an account through a link here.

Nothing on the site is financial or legal advice, and nobody here is licensed to give either. No bet can be placed on this site: every wager happens on an operator's own site, under that operator's terms, and those terms govern the money. What the site owes a reader is a stated method and an order that follows it, written down here.

How it earns, and what that does not buy

A reader who opens an account with an operator through a link here earns this site a commission. It is the only revenue, and it is paid on the sign-up rather than on a click or a loss.

What the money does not buy, stated narrowly: no position in the ranking, no rating, no removal of a criticism an operator would rather not see. There is no rate card, because nothing here is priced for sale. An entry can lose a place at the next test; it cannot buy one back. How the site is funded sets out the same arrangement at greater length.

What a listing does not mean

The operators named here are real companies. None of them is connected to this site, none has any say in what it publishes, and a place in the ranking is the outcome of a published method, not an endorsement, not a recommendation to deposit, and not a statement that the operator suits any particular reader.

Bonus terms, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, payment routes, game libraries and the places an operator will accept players all change without notice, and no operator is obliged to tell this site when they do. A figure here is what the operator published at the time it was read, or what one funded account did on one occasion. Before depositing, the operator's current terms are the ones that bind, and they are the ones to read.

Georgia regulates no online casino of its own, so nothing on this site can guarantee that a listed operator is licensed to serve a given reader. That turns on where the reader is and what applies there, neither of which this page knows. Checking it before depositing is the reader's responsibility, and it is not one this site can discharge for anybody.

Who this is for, and the age limit

Gambling is for adults who have chosen it freely, and the mark this site carries is 21+. Below that age, none of this is for you. Above it, the same goes for anyone not legally free to gamble where they live; checking that is the reader's job.

Anyone currently trying to stop is the one reader this page would rather lose. Free, confidential help is on 1-800-522-4700, and the same service is at https://www.ncpgambling.org/help-treatment/. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are covered in the safer gambling guide.

No warranty, and how to report an error

A payout time here describes what one account did on one occasion, not a promise about the next one. Nothing is warranted to be current, complete or right for a reader's decision, and there is no company behind the site to warrant anything: no trading entity has been registered to publish it, so there is no legal person standing behind these pages and no registered address to point at.

A correction route stands in place of a guarantee. A figure believed wrong gets checked against the operator's published terms and against the test record, and where either disagrees with the page, the page and its date change. Until a publisher is settled there is no address to send it to, which is said plainly here rather than papered over with a placeholder inbox.
